Profile: DJB Projects is a manufacturer and installer of comprehensive aluminum architectural louvre systems, and natural ventilation systems. We offer 75 EXL louvre system which provides many design solutions, with vertical horizontal blade form and rolled radiused blades for special requirements such as curved faced buildings. The blade pitch is 75 mm , however, variations in pitch are possible. Mullion supports and brackets will accure at a maximum of 1200 mm. Mitered corners are also available. The EXL louvre system is weather tested on the B.S.R.I.A. (Building Services Research And Information Association) testing rig. The EXL louvre system features blades, head, cill interlock and jambs. Our ACL louvres are manufactured from galvanized sheet steel or aluminum, and are supplied with bird mesh screens fitted to the rear face of the louvre assembly.
