Profile: D A S Technologies supplies varied parts of all sizes up to 1-1/64" in diameter and, to date, our longest part is 37". We are comfortable with a wide range of materials, from 303 & 304 stainless to brass, aluminum, a variety of steel alloys and even a few high temperature alloys such as Haynes 25. We often hold tolerances of less than 0.0005 on diameters and 0.001 on lengths. Our machines are 26mm capacity, six and seven axis CNC machines. We are capable of manufacturing parts to exact specifications.
