Profile: D & B Injection Moulders Ltd. is a provider of molding services. We mold a range of products like locknuts, bushes, blanking plugs, and threaded reducer bushes. Our cable ties are manufactured from nylon 6/6 material which is self-extinguishing. Nylon 6/6 is zero halogenated, and has low smoke & fume capability. Our connection boxes are molded from HDPE or flame retardant polypropylene. They are available with a standard poly, 15 or 5 amp connection strips, and with 3 or 4 pole terminals. Flame retardant terminal strips are also available with it. Our threaded reducer bushes allow a small gland or other threaded fitting to be used when presented with a larger hole. They have a circular flange face to give a good contact area allowing sealing washers to be used, and are provided with hexagonal flats.
