We have dielectric in RF radio frequency for welding and thermal sealing machines of various capacities and configurations to efficiently heat seal Polyvinyl Chloride, Polyurethane and other thermoplastic films. Our services includes RF processing, with welding capabilities 1kw through 25 kw and up to 30" x 50" sealing area, automatic roll-feed indexing, multi-station turntables and automatic shuttles, thermal contact and thermal impulse sealing, coverting, which involves duplex roll slitting, sheeting, precision guillotine cutting and die cutting, tool die fabrication and ancillary services including thermoforming, sewing, snaps, eyelets, pressure sensitive tape and velcro closures.
