We have capabilities, which include wickman 6 spindle automatics with pick-offs and back Drilling, 1-3/4″ diameter capacity, Davenport 5 spindle automatics with pick-offs, slotting, cross drilling and tapping, 3⁄4″ diameter capacity KSI swiss CNC screw machines with live tooling, dual spindle & automated IEMCA bar loaders 1-1/2″ diameter capacity. We also offer custom designed and fabricated work cells and automated secondary operations including milling, staking, assembly, de-burring, cross drilling, threading & forming. Our surface treatments includes heat treating, metal finishing, plating, powder coating, ultrasonic and aqueous cleaning.
