Profile: D.Wheatland Engineering Ltd. specializes in offering prototype & production machining, and CNC turning & milling. We machine single items and production batches in a variety of steels, alloys, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. Where outside contractors are required for specialist services i.e. hardening, plating, painting, and finishing sheet metal and fabrication, we use only suppliers approved by us. We provide a full rage of inspection equipment to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9002 certification, including standards slip gauges and micrometers. A range of internal and external measuring devices and thread gauges are regularly checked and re-calibrated. We are an ISO 9001 certified company.
