Our coil heaters are available in standard sizes with maximum heat transfer features. These products are brought into application in hot runner & bushings, tube extrusion and pipe forming. Our non corrosive coil heaters are constructed using wires those are resistant to high temperature and steel tubes made of chrome nickel. These are available in standard flat sizes of 1.8 x 3.2, 2.5 x 4.3 and 4 x 6.4. Our products are used in die cast nozzles, packaging machines and hot runner nozzles. We also offer customized solutions. Our tubular heaters are offered in chrome nickel steel with sealed edges. Formed tubular heaters are supplied in chrome nickel steel with nominal sheath diameter of 6.80 mm, 8.00 mm and 10.70 mm.
