Data Platform Management System

Description: Data Platform Management System is a compact, lightweight measuring instrument with 8/16 channels per unit. It can have a maximum of 64 channels through synchronous connection of units. There are 5 plug-in modules amplifier unit namely-voltage, temperature, freq/volt conversion, DC strain, and logic. Large volume of data could be stored on a PCMCIA card or a 40 GB HDD. Parallel recording of data could be done using printer option that uses a chat of width 100mm and a chart speed of 25 mm/s. A memory storage capacity ranges from 512 k word/channel to 1 M word/channel. This system can be used in a PC or a PC based measurement or TFT LCD stand-alone PC unit. The DPM has a maximum speed of 25m/s, input voltage up to 500v, a frequency range up to 10 MHz, 12V DC drive. DPM has certain features like FFT measurement function, data analysis, and translation software that makes it an apt instrument that could be used for conditional monitoring in automobile industry, railways, steel, and construction and heavy electrical equipment manufacturing industries.
