Profile: Davies Springs Ltd. manufactures a wide variety of springs. Our products include compression, extension, torsion springs and custom wire form parts. Compression/conical springs are available in a variety of materials, the most common being carbon steel or stainless steel. Ends can be left open or closed or closed and ground depending upon application. Wire size from 0.20 mm (0.008 inches) up to 19 mm (0.750 inches). These springs can be made by hand or automatically. Our pins are made as solid wire alternatives to stamped screw machined or cold-headed pins and can fill the need for high tolerance solid round wire male pin applications. Our pins offer smooth ends, burr free for ease of insertion.
