Solar panel frame is subjected to surface treatments such as sand blasting, oxidation and electrophoretic coating processes, using material 6063-T5. The coating membrane (film) thickness requires to equal or thicker than 15 microns, and the degree of hardness of the aluminum alloy frame requires to equal or more rigider than 12 degrees.
