Profile: Davis Tool & Die renders die casting, tooling design and construction services for die casting industry. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We design and build trim dies to run in vertical presses, tilt bed presses or horizontal presses. Our trim dies feature positive knock out, spring loaded ejection, push through and dump pans with mechanical actuation. We offer prototype parts by machining them from a solid piece of aluminum, magnesium or zinc using the 3-D CAD model.
