It is used to dry the moisture content in the specimens like chemicals/ pharmaceuticals powder drying and it is ideally designed for drying mushrooms, areca nut, coconut, chilies, spices, papad onions, fish, garlic, grapes, cashew nuts, vermicelli, noodles, confectionery, and macaroni. The heating is done either by electric or steam or both combined.
