Profile: Delphon Industries, LLC offers gel-coated boxes, trays and films. Our Gel-Pak® sticky box is composed of gel coating, which is applied directly to the bottom of a plastic hinged box. Gel-box products are available in transparent styrene, conductive black and antistatic materials. Our vacuum hand pump product is ideal for low volume manufacturing and R&D applications. It includes hand pump, tubing and special metal fixture plate for holding the tray. The fixture can accommodate both 2 or 4 inches vacuum release trays. Our Pen-Vac® vacuum pickup tool is ideal for manually off loading the devices from vacuum release trays. This safe pickup tool is a self-contained unit and can lift up to 500 grams. It does not require hoses or batteries to operate.
