Demand Controller, Model TM 7400 is a smart device with accuracy class 1.0 IEC 61036/CB1P 88 (0.5, 0.2 option), true RMS measurement, simultaneous sampling of volts and amps, best parameters grouping/bright displays, simultaneous display of 4 parameters as well as user programmable password protection. It also includes auto-scaling of kilo, mega, Giga & decimal point, neutral current display, RPM measurements, low PT, CT burden, and its clearance and distance meets UL 508 safety standard. It has finger-touch proof terminals for voltage and current connections. It features compact dimension of 96 x 96 mm bezel, 45 mm behind bezel, sealed dust-proof rugged construction, quick & easy installation using self locking side locks, light weight, that is approximately 300 gm unpacked, polycarbonate casing, and rugged & safety construction. It has the emission rate of CISPR 22, fast transient of 3 kV min, IEC 61000-4-4, level 3 ESD, IEC 61000-4-2. It has the impulse voltage of 6 kV, IEC60060, 1.2/50 and isolation voltage of 4 kV, 50 Hz, 1 min (enclosure to terminals). It includes built-in voltage and current phase analyser that measures 4 quadrant power and energy (4 quadrant energy for R/D option), auto scrolling, communication with PC, PLC, DCS through optional RS 485/RS 232 serial interface. The transducers option has a RS485/RS232 serial interface and the demand control option includes sliding or fixed window, programmable demand period & block (forecast) time, field programmable watts demand (or) VA demand (or) amps demand, field programmable forecast based, demand or independent step, demand control and energy TOD (6 slots) options.
