Desk Illumination Light, LED Based consumes only 8 W of electricity and gives 120 Lux @ 5' distance which is optimum for office work. The light spectrum is cool blight and soothing to eye. The fitting is available for concealed mounting and can be fixed in standard cutouts like 216 x 232 mm. The fitting is very elegant looking, compact, and has only 55 mm thickness. The fitting is available in white, beige or other colors as per the customers' choice to suit office interior. This model has optional feature of in-built battery. This model (DL-E3-W- 230A) works as emergency light also. During normal operation, when main power is available, the lamp works normally and the battery inside gets charged; during main power failure, the lamp continues to glow without interruption. It continues to work for 2 hours on the internal battery provided along with it. The battery used is Li-Ion and has all necessary in-built protection like over voltage cut off. The entire unit is compact, elegant and very reliable in operation. Altos Electronics has developed LED based desk illumination lights.
