Our products are automatic grid casting machines, oxide pasting machines, pressure die casting machines, heat sealing equipments, automotive containers with dimensions, motor cycle batteries and tubular batteries. We provide oxide pasting machines to paste plates of different thicknesses. The plate thickness is maintained by a rubber stripper & an independent drive is provided for the hopper & the pasting belt. This equipment is semi-automatic & requires manual feeding and collecting of grid panels. Our heat sealing equipments have programmable logic controller based controls with memory recall for various battery settings. They use aluminum alloy for platen to eliminate sticking. We offer motor cycle batteries which have features such as AGM separator, grid mesh and dry charged plates.
