Profile: DialAct Corp. is involved in production of plastic prototypes and short run manufacturing of plastic parts. Our product parts include complex housing, front panels, bezels, cases, gears and rollers. We offer embedded electronics, optical and mechanical components, wall thickness from 0.025″ to several inches and materials from hard plastics to rubber like elastomers. We have liquid resin casting technology that produces thermoset plastic articles from liquid resins like polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic and silicone that are poured into flexible or rigid molds. We have RTV silicone for flexible molds and plastics or aluminum for hard molds.
