Equally suited to On/Off, or flow control applications, a diaphragm valve can handle positive pressures or high vacuum. Due to the wide range of material options, it can handle almost all applications. All working parts are isolated from the line media, which enhances its reliability. Maintenance is a simple task with the body remaining in the pipe, the valve thus being field serviceable. Features include: linear/straight way, body material is of cast iron/cast steel/ SS 304/SS 316 unlined and lined PFA, FEP, ETFE, PVDF lined, body rating of ANSI Class 125/150 lbs, body lining made of neoprene/natural/rubber/ebonite/Teflon/EPDM/FRP/PVDF, body diaphragm of natural, neoprene, hyplon, butyl, EPDM, PTFE/ Teflon with neoprene or EPDM pad, viton and nitrile bunaN.
