Die Cutting, Creasing, Half Punching & Embossing Platen Punching Machine is used in cardboard, corrugated board, and other materials. It includes all operations with push buttons, all machines supplied with central lubrications and complete electric installation including the sheet-counter. It has a frame and a platen that are solid made from high tensile cast iron to give excellent performance for years to come. It also includes heavy-duty clutch and brake are synchronized for automatic stop whenever clutch is disengaged. The compact design requires a minimum of floor space and all shafts are from EN-8/9 alloy steel and pins are groundedIt includes a back gear shaft, reduction gear shaft and connection arms mounted in phosphor-bronze bushing, main fly wheel locked with check nut system, andsafety guards for operator's safety. It can be easily adjusted for automatic stop after each stroke for continuous operation and variable dwell timing device (0-6/0-9 seconds) for fine & quality jobs. The standard equipments include wraparound safety guard for stopping platen, single dwell facility, totally enclosed electric motor, two normal chases, one standard make-ready plate, automatic sheet counter, a complete set of service tools, delivery & feeding table, centralized lubrication system, and safety guard for operator's hand.
