We offer a variety of associated services ranging from 2D to 3D CAD through to traditional model-making, providing our customers with a single resource research and development models & prototypes as required. Our 3D systems Thermojet solid object printer produces three-dimensional investment casting patterns with significant dimensional accuracy. The Thermojet can produce models with maximum dimensions of 190 x 250 x 200 mm. Coupled with our 3D design services we produce prototype parts and production patterns through our CNC mills. We provide a model-making department with extensive experience at producing detailed and complex prototype models & production patterns for the automotive, toy & merchandising markets. We offer a full range 3D CAD services interpreting our customers design schematics and turning them into full 3D drawing for machining or presentation.
