Digital Force/position Servo Actuator
Description: Digital Force/Position Servo Actuator is designed and supplied for a fatigue testing system for structures of aircrafts. The electro hydraulic servo actuator integrates a force transducer (load cell) and a position transducer (magnetosonic SSI) plus the relevant proportional valves with integral digital controller, all assembled in closed loop. The combined fine control of force (tension and compression), speed and position is granted by integral digital electronics. This is a further significant example of how digital electro hydraulics offer important benefits to industrial applications. The characteristics include selection of multiple operating strokes (50-1500 mm); selection of multiple full-scale nominal force (50-100 kN), selection of multiple force/speed profiles, internally generated, integrated and pre-cabled force and position transducers.
