Description: Series 20 Pneumatic Actuators has unique built-in features that permit using an adaptation kit, allows an insert on the pinion output shaft; thereby one can direct mount the actuator on valve top flange. The insert are provided with various profiles such as double 'D', square, circular hole with key slot or profile to suit the valve stem of wide make and range. The advantages of the pneumatic actuators include the following: elimination of the mounting bracket and coupler; cost of mounting hardware saved; possible misalignments by using mounting hardware are avoided; torque transmission loss by additional linkage between valve and the actuator is eliminated; compact and rigid automation; and improved aesthetics. These actuators are built to both metric and imperial dimensions as per requirements.
