We provide multi-shot molding, in-mold decorating, in-mold assembly and vertical-insert molding. We offer full engineering services including consultation, product design assistance, mold flow analysis and mold design and in house tooling capability with precision injection molds. We offer light assembly work, sonic welding, pad printing and hot stamping. We have tool room equipments that include HANSVEDT MS-2 CNC EDM machine with 3-R CNC orbiter, Elox TCV-50 conventional EDM machine equipped with Mitutoyo, Fanuc series K Wire Cut EDM machine, tool room lathes, TIG/STICK welder and TRIN MAC sand blasting booth.
