Description: Diverter dampers are designed and manufactured according to the specific plant parameters and individual client specifications. The diverter damper is a robust shutoff device for gas ducts and is mainly used in combined-cycle and co-generation power plants. The damper is used to either divert the gas turbine exhaust gas to the HRSG or to bypass stack as required. The damper also supports a slower heat up of the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) during gas turbine (GT) running on full load. The damper can be fitted with an electric actuator, for open/close and step-wise modulation.
