Profile: Dou Yee Technologies Pte Ltd offers ceramic and metal injection molding. We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified company. We are fully equipped with machinery and capabilities & provide solutions from design phase to volume production. Our products include composite tweezers, ceramic scissors and adjusters. Our composite tweezers is a combination of stainless steel body and ceramic tip. The tips can be easily removed and subjected to microwaves for sterilization. These tips are 6 times harder than stainless steel. These arenon-magnetic products and ideal for soldering as solder will not adhere to surface. These are good thermal insulators and able to resist temperatures. These are ideal for use on electronic equipment, semi-conductors, bionics, and super conductivity-related equipment. Our ceramic adjusters are ideal for micro-electronic tuning. The material used for the screwdriver tip is a ceramic material known as zirconia. It possesses high hardness and resistance against wear & tear. These adjusters are used for adjusting electronic equipment with high and medium frequency & applicable for use in cleanroom environment. We are also specialized in customizing MIM/CIM design solutions and handling projects that require short production lead-time. CIM technique is regarded as the preferred net-shape manufacturing method for making many precision engineering and electrical ceramic components. The CIM process involves the mixing of selected ceramic powder with binders to form the feedstock, which is then molded in a die cavity to form the required component shape. These shapes undergo a debinding process where binders are removed by using thermal evaporation/solvent washing. The parts are then consolidated in a sintering furnace at temperatures up to 1800° C, under oxidizing/reducing atmospheres. The CIM technology is advantageous especially when conventional machining methods are incapable to perform.
