Description: Horizontal Double Column Fully Automatic Bandsaw Machine is very rigid, sturdy machine & torsion free in construction. The machine is provided with saw head unit is supported by two rigid hard-chrome plated & ground vertical columns, which are guided by pre-lubricated bushes. The blade is guided by bearings carbide wear pads. The blade can be tightened and released hydraulically. The blade is hydraulically tightened up to recommend tensile strength of the saw blade. The saw is driven by sufficient drive power to cut material. The machine has auto work height control feature that eliminates the need for the operator to manually adjust the blade height to accommodate different sizes of the arm make contact, when the saw starts cutting. The blade guide ensures accurate cutting & long blade life. These are factory set that consists of spring loaded, self-adjusting carbide-faced inserts. The job clamping is controlled by hydraulic valves. The automatic feeding of job is also done by indexing. The feed length can set by means of screw & digital counter assembly with length accuracy of +/- 0.2mm. The machine is provided with a nesting fixture set that consists of hydraulic vertical clamps which are mounted on the rear and the front vices. This makes it possible to cut multiple pieces at a time. The 'up & down' motion of saw feed is controlled by hydraulic cylinder and regulates by a pressure regulated feed valve.
