Profile: Dove Anodising Ltd. is a provider of anodizing and electro-coloring. We also provide packaging and storage facilities. Our packaging options include spiral wrapping and boxing. Anodizing is the process by which the oxide film is increased by electrolysis, producing good resistance to corrosion, and protecting the surface finish. The oxide film can then either remain in its satin or polished finish, or it can be colored. Electro-coloring is the process by which the load is transferred to another tank and immersed in a tin solution. A color code number is entered into a computer, which calculates the immersion time required to produce the desired color match. An alternating current is passed to the item whilst it is immersed in the tin solution.
