High speed bread slicer machines are reciprocating frame slicers, suitable for linking to bread bagging or wrapping machines. This is used as an independent unit. Inverter control gives infinitely variable speed of the bread in feed belts. The roll plant is an integrated continuous system which consists of three sections in stainless steel: divider head, intermediate proofer, and pinning section.
