We design, manufacture and supply a huge range of custom cases for a wide variety of industries. Our extensive range of products includes custom flight cases, transit cases, flexi trunks, poly and fiber cases. These are fully customizable, so can be specified as rack mounted flight cases, shock mounted rack flight cases, and foam suspended rack cases. For larger quantities, flight cases and poly cases can be manufactured with CNC routered foam or waterjet cut foam inserts, all designed to meet and exceed ATA specifications. We also manufacture a variety of road trunks, road cases, cable trunks and instrument cases, as well as padded bags & protective bags. We design & manufacture bespoke custom built flight cases for the music, AV/broadcasting, sound, lighting and electronic industries. Custom built flight cases are made to order in a range of colors and finishes using laminate/phenol faced birch plywood or ultra lightweight Astraboard. Aluminum extrusions and zinc plated hardware are then added using steel bifurcated rivets wherever possible. Bifurcated rivet's holding power is much greater than the standard aluminum pop-rivets used by most manufacturers. This ensures the absolute protection of the goods being carried inside.
