Drill tap centre's rigid close-grained cast iron structure and highly responsive feed mechanism using anti-friction LM guides provides excellent component accuracies. As a standard, all machines are laser calibrated for compensation of pitch error and backlash. The 7,000 RPM spindle allows rapid material removal in drilling, tapping, milling and boring. Use of optimum cutting parameters provides greater utilisation of cutting tools. Changeover from one component to the other is fast and easy.
