Our services include type II anodizing, chemical films, passivation, brite-dipping, chemical cleaning, masking, bead blasting, metal graining, racking and fixturing & close tolerance handling. We provide masking to mask specific areas to provide multiple process coatings in close proximity to the same part, allowing one area to be anodized while the rest of the part remains intact. We have racking and fixturing to moves parts from one immersion tank to the next without the need to be touched by hands. We have metal graining to remove harsh edges, smooth out unwanted conductive points or create an attractive texture to aluminum and stainless steel & passivation process is designed to remove foreign metals from the surface of stainless and corrosion resistant steels.
