Profile: Dukinfield Induction Heating Services Ltd. is a provider of induction heating services. We design, manufacture and repair a wide range of induction heating coils, quenches, furnace coils, RF & MF transformers, HF busbars, flexible power leads, crank shaft inductors, billet heating boxes, chokes, laminated coils and intensified coils for use on diverse range of generators. We build bell stem inductors for single shot hardening where two or three shaft diameters need hardening at once. These coils can be fitted with intensifiers to increase heat patterns. We design crankshaft inductors to band harden or fillet harden pins, mains and flange bearings on diesel or petrol crankshafts.
