Band Heaters
We supply a variety of band heater products, which are designed specifically for plastics processing applications. The featured product in this line is the Duroflex band heater, which is powered by a rugged tubular heating element and is available in 4 different widths to suit most common sizes. The main advantage of this heater is the long service life over conventional band heater designs. We also provide standard mica band and ceramic band heaters as an economical alternative for plastics heating applications.
Custom Application Sensors
We produce Custom Application Sensors for various applications. Special requirements such as vibration, caustic environments, high-pressure, extreme temperatures or specific agency specifications can be designed into the construction of temperature sensors. We offer Thermocouple, Resistance Temperature Detector and Thermistor.
Temperature Controls
We offer Temperature Controls that range from standard off-the-shelf models to custom control configurations that incorporate time, temperature, motion, speed, pressure, and humidity for OEM applications.
