Our dust extract articulated arm is designed to provide extraction at source for cutting machines, or spot extract for process equipment. The arm incorporates an external articulated carrier arm with fixing bracket and capture hood at opposite ends. Its flared capture hood is connected to a flexible hose which is supported along the length of the carrier arm. This range is supplied as standard with carrier arm and hood fabricated from mild steel, with a black or white epoxy coating. Our fume extract articulated arm provides extraction support at source over a large, variable area. Its flanged suction opening creates a large suction area, with the extracted air being forced to pass through the actual working zone, and provides higher efficiency fume extraction than tapered extract hoods. The extract arm articulation allows to position the arm where it will stay until moved. We also stock a wide range of industrial vacuum cleaning and ventilation systems.
