Profile: DustX is a provider of dust extraction solutions. We mainly manufacture dust extraction systems, vacuum cleaning systems, and filter units. Our small range of hand shaken filter units are ideal for connecting to small dust generating machines such as small grinding wheels, and profile sanders. Our DFP filter unit utilizes compressed air for filter cleaning. In the DFP filter unit, the filter elements take the form of flat pads, with the filter media being mounted over wire mesh support frames. By utilizing this method of construction, the units allow the filter media to be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical manner. Our central vacuum cleaning system incorporates a number of strategically located hose connection points positioned around a production facility. Each hose connection point is then connected into a network of pipework that goes to a single vacuum plant. The vacuum plant normally consists of two elements, the filter separator where the vacuumed dust is removed from the airstream, and the power source that creates the suction power & necessary air movement.
