Steam conditioner is used to provide steam for conditioning purpose. After the steam is supplied to the modules, manifold distributes it to different steam ports in the chamber wall. Further, by using the modules that have other than symmetrical conical top, we can impart an irregular flow path to the particles that are being conditioned in the chamber. This makes the uniform exposure of the particle to steam possible, thus helping in uniform conditioning. Our oil expellers are designed with care to ensure low operating cost with optimum productivity and higher efficiency. They are single chamber oil expellers and they are supplied with self-driven stack cooker and / or belt driven from 2 to 5 stages for cooking of various type of seeds.
