We design and manufacture assembly machine for bearing. This machine consists of a semi-automatic assembly process with the larger components loaded manually into the tooling by the operator, the roller bearings were fed automatically from a vibratory bowl feeder. This machine is manufactured using a box section base with all tooling mounted on the base plate. An operator console is fitted to display part numbers produced, machine information and indicator lamps for fault conditions. Two hand start pushbutton is provided to initiate the automated sections of the cycle. All moving tooling and elements that are susceptible to wear are manufactured from hardened & ground steel. Semi-automatic servo driven, automotive radiator and charge air core assembly machine are the special purpose machines we manufacture. Twin station assembly, leak test and product identification of automotive cooling products are our additional services.
