We have two areas: design consultancy, and the building & commissioning of special purpose machines. Our in-house electrical design capabilities enables us to produce reliable control systems tailored to specific machine requirements. We provide a stand alone design service, or incorporate requirements in an overall project. Our range of high speed cam driven action box machines are designed to feed small components at high speed. These can be offered as individual units, or integrated into assembly machines. Such units have enabled us to design high-speed, automated machines for the assembly and stitching of components, processing up to 500 units per minute. Our de-reeler and re-reeler units are designed specifically for wire and strip products, and can be integrated with high speed feed machines. As a free standing unit or bolt on attachment, our reelers are supplied with their own control units & feedback systems, that ensure efficient operation of feed reliant machines.
