Profile: EJP Machines GmbH is an independent machine manufacturer. We provide coil opening robots. Our products include hydraulic push pointers, hydraulic impact shear, tube guide and two-roll straightener. This newly designed manipulator combines the advantages of traditional manipulators with less space requirements and less moving parts. Our coil opener robot consists of the base, one rotation column, one arm and one gripping and straightening head. The robot is capable of making 10 different motions via hydraulic cylinders. Our hydraulic push pointers are used to push the leading end of the wire through the drawing die. This unique design allows the push pointing of materials and sizes.
