Profile: EKE Advanced Technologies Ltd. supplies products such as nozzle guide vanes, turbine blades, compressor blades, combustor linings and heat shields. Our turbine blades range in size from 25 mm up to 750 mm, with or without cooling holes. We also produce components for turbo chargers and turbine housings in the automotive industry. Our core manufacturing process involves capillary drilling that is an acid electrochemical drilling technique for drilling small holes in hard, corrosion resistant metals. Application for capillary drilling is within high pressure turbine blades in the aerospace industry. We also manufacture and supply inflation adapter equipment for use on aircraft strut, and oleo leg servicing for either fixed or rotary wing aircraft.
