Profile: ELTRO (GB) Ltd. is a plant engineering and heat treatment service provider. We mainly carry out nitriding, nitrocarborizing, coating and oxidizing processes. We develop all mechanical, electrical and electronic systems with advanced techniques; namely finite element analysis, mathematical weight simulation, and 3D drawing. Our nitriding process is a thermal-chemical process for enriching the surface of a component with nitrogen. Our nitrocarborizing process is a thermo chemical process for enrichment of the marginalized layer of the component with nitrogen and carbon. The result of the treatment is a surface layer consisting of a white layer and a diffusion layer. We improve corrosion resistance of nitrided and nitrocarborized marginal layers by means of an additional oxidation process.
