Profile: EMP Tooling Services is a provider of polishing and finishing services. We specialize in mold polishing techniques. We polish all types of injection mold tools, blow molds, die-cast, and compression. We work on special types of hot work forming tooling for aircraft engine cowling manufacturing sectors. We also design and manufacture plastic injection mold tools. We also enhance with TIG welding, intricate tooling laser welding, or plasma welding. We also have facilities for wire erosion of electrodes, inserts & plates, and spark eroders. We weld conducting materials like aluminum and copper alloys. With the laser welding process we weld all types of mold tool steels, aluminum, titanium, nickel base alloys, cobalt base alloys, and copper base alloys which include aluminum bronze & beryllium copper. We work on all injection mold tools, press tools, castings, aircraft and pharmaceutical work. We use laser for the precision cutting of difficult patterns in thin metal sheet including highly reflective materials such as silver and gold. Laser marking and engraving services are also offered by us.
