Description: EOT crane is a lattice bridge crane with single or double girder for the hoist travel. The wire rope hoist with a motorised travel (cross) is installed under slung on the girder, mounted below the lattice bridge. The lattice bridge spans the space between the end girders (crane girders) installed on the columns and rests on two side cars. The sidecars are provided with one powered wheel and one unpowered wheel each. The power to the crane is drawn through PVC insulated cables and further to the hoist through festoon type cables. The crane is provided with limit switches as well as mechanical stops for each end of the long travel, cross travel and lift. A maintenance walkway is provided on one or either sides of the lattice bridge. The crane is provided with a pendant control panel for operation from ground floor level.
