Profile: Edgwick Sheet Metals Ltd. offers sheet metal work. Our PVC-u welding machines have been used to produce doors, windows and conservatories. We also produce air pressures for factories, like melt time adjustable - to accommodate all profile sections, and adjustable knives between 0.2 mm and 2 mm to suit all methods of fabrication. The linear bearings give smooth movement and accurate knife abutment. The fully enclosed heater plate when not activated, saves on heat loss from external drafts, and has less temperature variation. The heater plate design is a continuous element, giving excellent reliability, a narrower plate, and therefore easier fourth corner welding.
