We manufacture Transparent Silicone Tubes from 0.5mm id to 100mm id in a dust-free clean environment to suit Pharma and Medical requirements. We also manufacture Braided Silicone Tubes for pressure applications & special SS Reinforced tubes for Vacuum applications. Our other products are Extruded Profiles, Gaskets, and Rods & Industrial Silicone Sleevings in different Colors.
Braided Reinforced Transparent Tube is incorporating strong polyester braiding between extrusions of Silicone (Hardness-65 shore A). The tubing is ideally suited for increased pressure and/or high temperature applications. Depending upon the size, the tubing can withstand pressure of 6-20 kg/cm2 at a temperature of 100 degree F. It can withstand repeated sterilization by autoclave, ethylene oxide or gamma radiation.
