Our wire harnesses is automated cut, strip and terminate wire ranging in size from 26AWG up to 12AWG. It is available in single or double end terminations. Our injection molding capabilities with machines range from 22 tons up to 200 tons capacity. We offer insert molding of wires, stampings and plastic parts on our 70 ton shuttle machine or our 22 ton vertical machine for smaller components. It can process most types of thermoplastics including ABS, acetyl, nylon, glass-filled nylon, polypropylene, polycarbonate and PVC.
