Electric Heater Cements are high-temperature cement used for refractory coatings, lining furnaces, embedding electric heating elements, coating resistors, molding and insulating. These are heat conductive and thermal shock resistance. These are an abrasion resistance. These can be applied in any surface. It has a ceramic core with a heating element surrounding. This heating element is secured to the jacket but there is no chemical bonding between the heating element and the core.
