Description: Electric Pipe Bevelling Machine is a light and compact one man operated machine. The machine is ruggedly designed to work in harsh site conditions and can operate at any place where a single phase AC supply is available. It has no torque reaction, needs no compressed air, fast and secures clamping in pipe, and is featured with variable speed cutter head. The collet of the machine is placed in the ID of the pipe. On tightening the nut behind the feed handle, the jaws of the collet expands and clamps on the ID. This ensures a very positive and secure grip. On turning the feed handle the cutting tools mounted on the cutter head now start bevelling the pipe. The standard technical specifications include the following: machine suitable for 35 mm ID to 125 mm OD; max pipe thickness of 6 mm; feed travel 25 mm; input power AC single phase supply.
