Our products include electro-expulsive de-icing and electro-support systems. Our electro-expulsive de-icing system produces a pulse of current which is passed through the embedded conductors. Electromagnetic forces repel the top layer away from the rigidly mounted bottom layer. The top layer imparts a shock/acceleration force to the outer surface analogous to striking a croquet ball. This rapid acceleration force breaks the surface tension of the ice on the outer surface of the cuff and shatters the ice into harmless particles. The electro-expulsive de-icing system serves the general aviation, unmanned air vehicles, and maritime hatch covers and antennas. Our electro support system features hot stamping, potting, encapsulation, sleeving, sealing, and wire processing activities.
