We manufacture two different types of product for the semiconductor industry, those are hotplates and photo resist spinners. Our products include HP 1000-1, 1000-2, EMS 4000 and EMS 5000-1. We provide hot plates, resist spinners, precision engineering & tooling and factory rebuilds. We offer two models of standard Photo Resist Spinners, each with various size bowls. The EMS 4000 and EMS 5000 models provide different methods of programming but they both have the same reliability and simplicity. Our services include competitive machining and injection moulding services. Our milling capabilities center around three CNC milling machines, Kitamura Minisuper 300, Kunzman Universal which produces extremely complex work.
